In this day and age of quick information, tightening of a global economy, and fierce competition on the internet it is important to deliver a quality service to your clients. Recently our sister division Bruce Outridge Productions was awarded an advertising project featuring some cartoon characters for a Quebec company. We were contacted for the job through the Ontario office and was chosen based upon the artistic skills of our company. As the process went on it was offered that the cartoons would be completed and supplied in both French and English. As we were hired for our artistic talents we easily could have completed the illustrations in only English leaving the client to find another translator to translate them into French or worse have to translate it themselves. What they really needed was the French as the promotion would be going into magazines in Quebec, but should they decide to publish in an English magazine they will have the content already laid out. Going above what is asked for is a great way to make your clients remember you next time they are thinking of another project and who should handle it.
